sindicado de asesinato del Chef Humberto absuelto (Tarea Analisis e investigacion de contenido)

Juezas descartaron pruebas del Ministerio Publico (MP) presentadas en contra de Lester Antonio Santos Monterroso acusado del asesinato del Chef Humberto Dominguez Lopez a pesar de los diversos análisis de balística, se comprobó que el arma homicida es propiedad del que fue acusado pero el mismo no es directamente responsable del crimen por lo quedó absuelto por el Tribunal Septimo Penal. Las pruebas que el MP presentó fueron insuficientes para comprobar el vinculo directo de Santos con el asesinato quien quedó absuelto por la falta de pruebas que demostraron que el fue quien accionó el arma contra el chef cuyo cadáver fue localizado el 8 de abril pasado con una venda que le cubría sus ojos y con una herida de bala en la cabeza.

El juicio contra Santos comenzó el pasado 22 de septiembre y se desarrolló dos sesiones en las cuales las juezas Rosa María Lopez, Anabella Esperanza Cardona y Magda Elizabeth Perez escucharon declaraciones de un testigo, peritos y evaluación de las pruebas balísticas así como también videos de cámaras de seguridad y documentos.

La juez Cardona al leer el fallo que exculpó del crimen al acusado afirmó que el MP solo comprobó la ejecución de un crimen pero no la responsabilidad del ahora absuelto y entre las pruebas presentadas figuraba el informe balístico que el arma que disparó la bala que mató al Chef se encuentra registrada a nombre de Santos en la Direccion General de Armas y Municiones.

 

La Importancia de los Libros en nuestras Vidas

Hoy en dia la lectura es de suma importancia para nuestras vidas, la lectura nos permite estar al tanto de acontecimientos y de aprender muchas cosas tanto positivas como negativas, la lectura tambien es de bastante importancia en el sentido de que cuando leemos tambien desarrollar nuestros intelectos. hoy en dia los libros son nuestro seguro de vida, una persona que lee es culta, es el medio mas eficaz para adquirir conocimientos que pueden ser fundamentales para nosotros o conocimientos para estar al tanto de la actualidad, los libros son el verdadero camino para adqurir conocimientos ya que tambien nos permite conocer y entender las diferentes sociedades y sus diversas culturas, cuando tenemos en nuestras manos un libro y lo empezamos a ver esto implica razonar, crear, soñar y asi mismo transformanos en personas mas tolerantes.

Hoy en día los libros no son solo de suma importancia sino de maxima importancia es una prioridad y requisito indispensable en la sociedad en que vivimos hoy en dia con la tecnologia tan avanzada hoy en dia el no saber leer genera exclusion social, politica y economica o en el peor de los casos la exclusion total de los principales ambitos de la sociedad misma. el analfabeto no tendrá conocimientos de muchas cosas que son importantes para la vida ni mucho menos de sus propios derechos y obligaciones en la sociedad, el habito de la lectura siempre será enriquecedor ya que siempre podremos aprender en todo momento y todos los dias aprendemos mas de algo nuevo.

La Socializacion

Como seres humanos que somos, la mayoria de veces no podemos estar sin compañia. es nuestra naturaleza socializar con los demas y siempre vamos a vivir en sociedad y siempre nos vamos a estar comunicando de distintas maneras ya sea en persona o de manera lejana como hoy en dia podemos hacer con las distintas redes sociales que existen y en el pasado por medio de cartas, telegramas, etc etc. el socializarse es visto por los sociologos como el proceso mediante el cual se inculca la cultura a los miembros de la sociedad misma y atraves de esto la cultura se va transmitiendo o esparciendo de generacion en generacion y como seres humanos que somos vamos aprendiendo distintos conocimientos y vamos desarrollando nuestros potenciales y talentos necesarios para poder formar parte de la sociedad misma y tener una vida social. podemos describir a la socializacion misma tambien como la influencia misma que ejerce la sociedad en nosotros como individuos y su adaptacion a la misma y posteriormente como será nuestra reaccion ya cuando formamos parte de ella.

Según distintos sociologos el proceso de socializacion es tambien la manera con que los miembros de la sociedad aprenden sus propios modelos culturales, los aceptan y lo toman como la forma de regirse en sus vidas, cada hecho social es exterior a los individuos y cada hecho consiste en nuestras formas de actuar, pensar y sentir. el formar parte y adaptarse a la sociedad empieza principalmente en la educacion, sin ella no seremos nadie dentro de la sociedad misma, somos productos de la sociedad misma y no puede existir sin nuestras acciones ya sea de manera individual o por medio de distintos grupos, empezamos formando parte de la sociedad a partir del momento en que nacemos y por medio de las distintas etapas en nuestra vida vamos adquiriendo nuestros talentos y desarrollando esos potenciales desde nuestra infancia, adolesencia y ya en nuestra adultez para posteriormente poner todo lo que adquirimos en practica y ser de gran utilidad para la sociedad misma.


    

Germany Finally tastes glory after more than 20 years

I'm absolutely speechless my favorite european team has finally done it taking advantage of their golden generation in the form of Phillip Lahm, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Mesut Ozil, Sami Khedira, Jerome Boateng, Andre Schurrle, Mario Gotze etc etc. sadly with the absence of Marco Reus. but they did it and they are now finally FIFA World Cup Winners, but also sadly for me against the team I never ever want them to win against and that is Argentina, my favorite in south america and my only favorite in the american continent after my beloved USA. but sadly one had to win and the germans were the better team but they faced an unexpected unbelievable challenge from Argentina led by the player considered by many to be the best in the world and possibly the best in history Lionel Messi, I ain't denying my love for both Argentina (cause I visited the country personally in 2013 and cause I support them since I was a kid)  and Germany (my only european favorite since Oliver Kahn's era) but no way on earth I would support Germany today. yet I'm happy and sad at the same time my sadness goes especially to Lionel Messi and his Captain deputy Javier Mascherano. both argentine captains played the game of their lives but it wasn't enough to beat the almighty Germans also led in the goal by the best goalkeeper in the world Manuel Neuer.

Germany well done you made history with your 4th world cup victory and you did it in the american continent you showed your world cup hunger since day 1, shame for players like Marco Reus (Injury) and Marc Andre Ter Stegen (Not called up for the World Cup) couldn't be there in person to enjoy the victory the german people have been waiting for since 1990 (their last world cup win before today) and Germany as a loyal fan (even though my heart will always be with the United States, my birth country and Argentina my only favorite in American continent that ain't the US) I'm proud you reclaimed your place as the king of the world, sadly you did it the day I didn't want you to win at all but you did it and I hope from deep down from the bottom of my heart you win the UEFA Euro in 2016 always with Phillip Lahm, Mesut Ozil, Sami Khedira, Jerome Boateng, Andre Schurrle, Mario Gotze, Andre Schurrle, Manuel Neuer, Mats Hummels in your squad, these german youngsters and this german generation proved today to the world that they deserve ultimate glory not only for them but for their beloved nation: Germany, who can now proudly add a 4th star to their crest.

Germany: The Ferrari that always gets damaged in serious big moments

Bundesrepublik Deutschland, always a dangerous threat and is always a team in the world of soccer to fear and respect, the germans are a factory that produces an endless wave of unbelievable talent in soccer those youths who make history almost every time they begin playing after being considered big promises in the game and who eventually live up to expectations. This Ferrari that practically never ever gets damaged. always always gets better when it comes to talent but there's a problem somehow it can't find a way to establish a fully solid team that can start winning trophies either at youth or senior level. this current generation lead by Philipp Lahm, Bastian Scwheinsteiger, Manuel Neuer, Mesut Ozil, Sami Khedira, Lukas Podolski, Marco Reus, Thomas Muller, Andre Schurrle, Mario Gotze, Mats Hummels, Jerome Boateng, Per Mertesacker, Miroslav Klose, Mario Gomez, Marcel Schmelzer, Marcell Jansen  is unbelieavable probably in my eyes the best youth generation of these days an unbelievable squad that I consider could possibly be the greatest german side ever if they manage to build a solid squad. that solid squad does in fact exist they just got one problem, whenever there's a Spain or Italy in the way these days the achilles heel shows up and the empire begins to crumble. these past years Germany has been so close to achieving World And European Victory. 3 consecutive World Cups making it to the final rounds where the Cup has been in their hands literally only for them to lose the decisive moments such as Korea/Japan 2002 where the almighty Germany Of other greats like Oliver Kahn, Michael Ballack and that featured a young Miroslav Klose fell to the king of World Cups Brazil in the final, in 2006 in their own home territory the almighty Deutsche falling once again this time in semifinals to the 2nd world cup king Italy where notable players like Jens Lehmann,Oliver Neuville, Christoph Metzelder before falling again 2 years later in the European Final of 2008 where Schweinsteiger, Podolski, Lahm , Klose, Mertesacker, Gomez were present and their latest defeats where reaching the finals or achieving final victory were so close have been in the 2010 World Cup where they were defeated by the eventual champions Spain in semifinals in a tight match where the golden generation of the spanish side won their first and current world cup against Netherlands later on and most recently 2 years ago in European semifnals where Italy denied them a possible rematch with Spain in the final. Like I mentioned earlier The german ferrari is always working, endlessly creating superb talent that can be remembered for many years or for all eternity, but they are missing that small detail that they somehow can't seem to find and that have caused them to go on a big trophy drought their last world cup victory 24 years ago (1990) and their last european victory 18 years ago (1996). I don't know when the germans will end their drought but they sure have an unbelievable generation these days that can end that drought but it will be really really hard but not impossible.    

Music These Days

I have been asking myself this question for the past 3 years now and due to my profession I can't seem to answer it publicly but I will make an exception this time, how is it possible that girls go extremely crazy for a teen pop star named Justin Bieber who can't sing at all and if you dislike his music or hate him as a singer and as a person due to his disrespectful attitudes nowadays you are immediately jealous of him and in many cases "you should be dead" for not liking him?! unbelievable but true, at first when I listened to his hit song "Baby"   I won't lie that I didn't like it cause I did and I thought it was a female voice and imagined a beautiful girl performing the song but much to my surprise guess what happens when I see the music video!!!! after that moment I really disliked the song and began writing my dislike opinions and much to my surprise I get heavily attacked by his fans with many of them actually wishing death not only on me but on many others who don't like their idol?! unbelievable how the singer himself and the fans call each other "family" with a big relationship of  love!!!! ok of course any artist will love his or her fans cause they (fans) are the ones who either boost or make a celebrity's career go downhill (in my opinion), ok so you are all a family but people who don't like you deserve to be dead or will be looked upon as worthless trash?! these fans are taking their love to extreme crazy limits, I have read unbelievable comments from this so called singer's fans " Justin, You are free to piss on me anytime" "if Justin spits on me I will treasure that spit forever" or even worse on social network Twitter there were trends like "Cut For Bieber" or "Shave For Bieber" and many teenage girls and little girls actually did all that the shave for bieber the cut for bieber was the most brainless thing ever, unbelievable that a teenage dude can't even smoke weed if he wants to without those millions of girls crying and threatning to harm themselves if he doesn't stop with that. he is a so called role model but where is he fullfiling that role?! all I can see is fans insulting people who don't like him or doing crazy unbelievable things that I wouldn't actually do to meet my favorite celebrities or get them to notice me in these cases extreme obsessions. but to make things worse not only the so called "haters" are attacked by these fans but many celebrities themselves have been attacked by the fans called "beliebers" with the same harsh rude disrespectful insults that "haters" recieve. like I said it is unbelievable how these girls (and very few boys) can actually be so harsh and violent and even brainless when it comes to "defending" JB from negative opinions, haters, etc etc. they always have to be the ones who are right at all times, their opinion is the only one that matters. I know there are fans out there who will disagree with the ones who go more than crazy for their idol and will actually respect that there are people who don't like their idol nor his atttitudes especially his music but very few of them actually admit that they actually disagree with those fans who give them a bad name. I ain't defending haters nor beliebers I am neutral now cause my job does not allow me to speak negative about a public figure/celebrity the way I want to like any other person will do.

Fin De Una Trilogía

Con el estreno de The Dark Knight Rises se ha concluido una trilogía épica y eterna en el recuerdo de todos los fans o aficionados del superheroe Batman. Como podemos recordar en el año 1997 la película Batman y Robin fue una decepción critica y taquillera y el futuro del Caballero De La Noche en la gran pantalla estaba en gran riesgo debido a la mala imagen que el personaje dio en la misma película pasaron 8 años completos para que el Hombre Murciélago regresara a la gran pantalla y lo hizo de una manera inesperada pero que resulto un gran éxito, por medio de sus orígenes y una historia muy distinta que dejo a los espectadores deseando mas su nombre es Batman Begins, finalmente 3 años después estrena la siguiente película llamada The Dark Knight  en el cual el actor que interpreta al villano principal el Guason quien es popularmente conocido como el archienemigo deja una huella imborrable e immortal con su excellente actuacion con dicho personaje, ahora 4 años después de ese magnifico espectaculo que lamentablemente cobró la vida del interprete del Guason se nos ha presentado la conclusión de esta epica trilogia, despues de ver esta ultima película  me he quedado sorprendido, estas 3 películas de Batman son las mejores que he visto en todos los años que llevo de seguir a este popular personaje, el Director cautiva a la audiencia y la deja deseando mas y con sus finales abiertos para muchos deja que la misma emita su propia opinion sobre cual es el destino de cada personaje. solo queda agradecerle a Christopher Nolan y a cada uno de los actores que participaron en las 3 películas por haber hecho un magnifico trabajo con cada personaje y en los ambientes que se observaron.
